The Power of an Elleiance Mastermind Experience
At the core of the Elleiance Masterminder experience is a thoughtfully curated mastermind group — designed to create depth, trust, and momentum over time. Each Masterminder is placed into a group of 8–12 women in non-competing industries, intentionally curated to be complementary, not competitive. Groups are professionally facilitated and led by the same facilitator each month, creating consistency and continuity throughout the year. This structure matters. It creates:
Continuity — conversations build month over month
Psychological safety — trust grows, honesty deepens
